Clinical Services

Private GP Consultations:

I am available for private GP consultations both in person and remotely. I am skilled in treating the full spectrum of primary care presentations including acute conditions and chronic disease management. I am particularly interested in paediatrics, men’s health, health assessments and weight loss treatment.

Medical Management Consultancy
I am an experienced leader within primary care medical management and currently work as the Medical Director for Dr. Dropin.

Prior to this I have leadership experience within the NHS including leading upon clinical domains at a local surgery level to being a deputy clinical director for a Primary Care Network.

I have additionally been the Associate Medical Director for Livi for over 3 years whereby I was integral in growing the UK company from a start-up to scale up. I was responsible for implanting a robust governance structure, developing and leading upon an induction & training program for over 400 GPs and designing a number of clinical services.

I am always keen to advise and help private organisations of all sizes.

Educative talks
I have presented a number of educative talks to a wide range of audiences. These have included local talks, PCN wide talks, National conferences in conjunction with the RCGP and to international audiences. In particular I have focussed upon digital healthcare and the utilisation of technology to improve patient outcomes and clinician efficiency.

I am always keen to offer further talks.

Career Advice

Like many doctors; it took me a while to find my passion. My journey has taken me via paediatric specialty training, expedition medicine, international medicine before settling upon General Practice. Even then, I was not quite sure how to build my week: do I take on a full time salaried role? Do I become a partner?

I have found my niche now. And I am truly enjoying my career both the clinical aspects as well as the non-clinical aspects. I’m always keen to help fellow GPs, doctors or healthcare professionals navigate their choices so that they can feel fulfilled. With experience as a Medical Director, Clinical GP, GP appraiser and father: I still am no where close to knowing all the answers but I am able to showcase what else is out there.
